To get a full understanding of what a “ward” is, it will be wise to read in conjunction with the Word Index for “district”, as these two words are very closely linked. If you are a citizen, you are in a ward of a district, in the county of your country. All of those emboldened words are legal fictions.
You reading this are very likely to be a “citizen” of your respective country. So few state citizens really understand what it means to be a “citizen” of their country, and government. Here I detail what a citizen really is, and you may just be shocked at the evidence:
Is a person under the control and dominion of another
Is a person who owes allegiance to a government or ruler
Is a subordinate
Is a liege-man to a lord
Has an obligation to his lord which is a binding commitment to fulfil a made a promise which is binding by law
Is a vassal of a feudal lord
and lastly;
In summary a state citizen:
A citizen’s lord is entitled to feudal allegiance and service from the citizen, as promised/vowed
Once you fully understand what a citizen is you will better understand what a ward and district are and your position within law and governance. A ward is an administrative area of a district under the control of an officer or feudal lord who can take or distress personal property.
A ward is an “infant of the state” under the guardianship of the state and its apparatus. A ward’s personal property is under the guardianship of the state.
My article: Dear Christian Countrymen further evidences the relationship of the citizen to the family of the state, and displays how the state replicate and invert the law of The Bible.
