1. The Public Side of The Capillary Wave:
I have designed the publicly available articles on the Home Page, to be a free resource which anyone can access. These articles will give any person that reads them a better idea on how they are governed, and much more besides. The information given, has been gleaned from many years of hard earned knowledge, gained from my own personal arguments with local councils, HMRC, and in courts from Cumbria to Cornwall. I trust this information will help to give you a huge leg up with your own arguments. To go alongside these publicly available articles, there is a public Facebook group where members can network, discuss, and debate the topics of law and governance.

If after reading some of the public articles, you decide that you would like to join our community, and access the private members area, click on the “Register” link above. There are many benefits to becoming a member of The Capillary Wave. I would expect any member of The Capillary Wave to be able to successfully argue any parking ticket dispute, ULEZ charge, and many other legal disputes besides; all with the information available herein, and all without a template letter. A very wise investment, and all for less than the cost of a decent law dictionary.

Private Articles, Library and Forum:
I have made available a private side of this website for those who have more than a passing interest in the subject matter, and who would like to learn more. The private side of this website is available to both Gold and Silver members, and is for those who are serious about their desire to learn about law and governance. Silver members have access to the Private articles which go much more in depth about the system of Law and Governance, and case studies will reveal the secrets used by your legal adversaries, leaving members better equipped to deal with their own legal issues. The library and members forum is available to Gold members, and the forum is where we can further drill down and explore some of the techniques employed by your legal adversary.
Gold and Silver members have access to the private articles and a book I have written, which will vastly help those who are new to this topic. The Library has lots of very useful law books, law dictionaries, Bibles, volumes on contract law, and more, which have all been converted in to PDF’s and are free for members to download. We have recently also added a fantastic video library full of very useful documentaries and presentations, all of which will aid your research and learning here. All membership is renewable after 12 months. Members of the public pay the least to become a member, just click on the “Register” link or hit one of the “JOIN” buttons.
Legal professionals, Media corporations, and Parliamentary Members pay a higher premium, to register please use the “contact” form on the main menu.
Gold members: in addition to the private articles have access to the library and forum, where private discussions and interactions between members, and myself can take place. It is a forum whereby we can analyse the published articles on a dedicated thread, discuss various legal issues of interest, and other more specific areas of law and governance. I will also add my own thoughts to the various topics there, which any member may wish to raise.
