Understanding The Basics
Thank you, and hullo everyone
For those in the audience and online, who would like to follow along with my talk, I have a dedicated webpage for this event, and you can find it by going to my website:

For those that do not know me, I am called Clive Edwards, the aim of my talk today is to explain the mechanisms of your control.
This subject matter can be complex
You will see that we all have a choice in this control system. We can be one in of two positions:
- Is the highest position that anyone can be in on on Earth, and…
- Is the lowest position that anyone can be in the country
Today we will find out which one of those positions you are in; and we will see the full picture of law and governance
A bit of background about me:
I have broken free of state control, and what I discuss at my website: capillarywave.com enables ordinary citizens to understand the full picture of their control, throughly publicly available articless
My talk here today will show you how you can be totally freed from state control, not half measures
My journey on this path started when I had two government bodies come after me, at that timeI had no understanding of the law…..None whatsoever.
I faced nine indictable offences, possible bankruptcy, and imprisonment over a “HMRC”, and council planning enforcement matter
This was a battle that I eventually won. This enabled me to build my family a farm at Somerset, without any planning permission.
What I have done is a major affront to legal norms and government policy, yet even after drafting in an expert in planing law to prosecute me; the council decided against it?
Why?
Because I understood the paradigm, the paradigm of control that I will reveal, and explain to you here today
To succeed in building a farm without government permission, I had to intimately understand the paradigm; the system of law and governance as a whole.
At the start however, I had to start with the very basics, which we will explore today
Starting with the basics means doing proper due diligence.
I could not take anything for granted, or assume that I knew something, I was prepared to alter my position based on evidence
That meant checking over everything that I believed to be true, to see if I could evidence that it was in fact; true
To build a solid defence against the state, you have to start with a solid foundation of facts and evidence. Once you have this, you can build on it, and start to challenge whatever government policy you have allegedly contravened
Importantly, the evidence that you seek to use, must be recognised as evidence by your adversary; the Crown or it will not help you
If you can not provide evidence which substantiates your argument, then you do not have a defence, but only an opinion, and you can not beat the Crown armed with an opinion.
Beware of those who only have opinions, and lack evidence to support their claims, that can get you in to a lot of trouble.
Evidence is everything at law, without it, you have nothing.

When asked to speak at this event by Alexandria, I once again went back to the basics.
This event is titled “Pathway To A New Paradigm“
So I looked at what the word “paradigm” means.
Paradigm means “a model“, and literally; “show side by side“.
Today I will show you the paradigm model that controls you, and then you will understand exactly why the word “paradigm” means: “show side by side“.
My own journey has led me to understand and know this system very well
To have knowledge, means “to experience, to live through” something
In over 15 years I have lived through and experienced many court cases, and I know very well how the court, and legal systems work.
I know the paradigm. I know the hierarchy involved in law and governance, and I also know your position within that construct
So today I am here to tell you about some important aspects of the paradigm that greatly affect your life
Just One More Thing…
There are two basics that you must understand, to comprehend how you are controlled:
Is, a legal fiction
Is, a country

What is a legal fiction?
We all know that a work of fiction is not true. If something is not true, it is a falsehood, a fabrication; and a lie
The words “legal” and “fiction” are closely linked, because the legal world is a world of legal fictions, a world of lies by their own admittance.
A maxim is a self evident truth.
Here are some legal maxims which explain that legal fictions are lies:
- A fiction is a rule of law that assumes something which is or may be false, as true.
- Where truth is, fiction of law does not exist.
- There is no fiction without law.
- Fictions arise from the law, and not law from fictions.

Clearly then, even the legal profession admits that legal fictions are lies, which should pose some interesting questions in your mind.
Something that is a legal fiction can not show up at court to defend itself, or prosecute a claim.
Any thing that requires a representative to act for it, or to appear as it at court is: a legal fiction
This is an extremely important fact to consider; especially when one considers that all court summonses are an invitation to “appear”.

TESCO is a good example of a legal fiction. It is not real, and can not turn up at court.
TESCO can not take the witness box, or give a witness statement.
TESCO can not do these things, because TESCO is a company, a fiction of the law, a body corporate, it does not exist in reality, which is why TESCO will need a representative to speak for it, at court
We can see on the slide here that the word fiction means:
Invented in the mind
fabrication
artificial
deception
The Bible describes fictions as “graven images”
What is The Country: UNITED KINGDOM?
Logic and the Law…
At law the country: UNITED KINGDOM is what is known as a body politic:
A body politic is a political construct; “legal fiction”. This is why it is represented at Wikipedia by a flag, a drawing of some heraldry, and an anthem.
I told you that a legal fiction needs to be represented by other things, because it does not exist; it is not real.
There is nothing to show you for the UNITED KINGDOM, so it shows you other things, which conjure an image in your mind as to what the UNITED KINGDOM is. Which links nicely to the definition of “fiction”, which is; “invented in the mind“.
So a fiction is “invented in the mind”; as is a “graven image“.
Because the UNITED KINGDOM is a body politic, your own local council which exists at law in the UNITED KINGDOM, will also have to be a body politic; and it is, as evidenced at Section 2. (3) of the Local Government Act 1972

This is also why your local police station is a company and is listed on a business search directory at Dunn & Bradstreet, because they too are a fiction of the law, a company:
And this is why every person that appears at court for summary and indictable offences in the UNITED KINGDOM, are also seen as a “body corporate” as stated at Section 2. of the Interpretation Act 1889

Law and governance has to be logical.
It has to be: A+B = C, and to me that all makes logical sense.
Because if the country UNITED KINGDOM is a LEGAL FICTION, then it makes sense to me logically, that everything in it, and associated with it, would also have to be LEGAL FICTIONS too – and it is, as the evidence proves
If you think about it, nothing that is real can exist in a fiction; that just does not work, that is not logical.
The legal system works on fictions. The UK is the big fiction, and the police, councils, NHS, and other government bodies, are the smaller legal fictions, that work within the larger UK legal fiction.
A country is a legal, political construct existing only in the mind of the citizen. It does not exist in reality
The legal system is made up of fictions, made up of lies. Which is why it is “secular”. Secular means “the exclusion of belief in God from matters of ethics and morality””.
That definition makes sense when we understand that man’s legal system is based on lies
A “people” can NOT live in a legal fiction of the UNITED KINGDOM. That does not make logical sense. But a people do exist on Britain
Britain is the land mass; the reality, which God created, and the UNITED KINGDOM is a title of a legal fiction, which was created by the Crown.
UNITED KINGDOM is only a title, which is why the Crown only has jurisdiction over titles. You have a title for everything that you “own”
People created by God exist on God’s Earth, and legal fictions created by the state do not exist in reality, but only in our minds, as a creation of the law. As the legal maxim stated earlier; without the law there are no fictions, and the definition of fiction states: “invented in the mind“
This is a battle for your mind
At law a Citizen is a legal fiction, and “lives” in the UNITED KINGDOM. That is why when you are summoned to a court for any, and all summary and indictable offences, they say that you are a body corporate
People can not live in a fiction of a country. That is impossible. That does not make sense. People exist on Britain which is an Island
This is why you can no longer go on holiday to YUGOSLAVIA, because YUGOSLAVIA no longer exists at law, nor in the minds of many people
Understanding the difference between a country and the land mass was crucial information for me in my fight back against the council, and it also enabled me to help many farmers and smallholders at court, against their councils

What Is Britain?
Britain is the name of the land mass of an Island. The land at Britain is what God created – not the Crown.
The Crown created the title of UNITED KINGDOM (because that is all it is – a title) and God created the Island named Britain.
People exist on Britain, and the electorate, the UK residents, which are legal fictions at law, created by the state “live” in the UNITED KINGDOM
People and citizens; the electorate, could not be further apart in terms of law and governance.
The electorate are the lowest position in society, and the people under God, are the highest position that you can be at law; as I will go on to explain

Knowledge Is Power
Beating Civil Allegations With The Truth
Once we understand what a legal fiction is, then we can also understand what a country is, and therefore we can understand what the UNITED KINGDOM is in terms of law and governance; fictions
Knowing this information is vital. I can not emphasise enough how important it is that you begin to understand the difference between the UNITED KINGDOM and Britain.
One is real (Britain) and the other is a fiction (UNITED KINGDOM) existing only in your mind, which is why it can not be evidenced – even at Wikipedia
It is the same with the land mass at: America, with the USA being the body corporate there. I explain this further in my article:
Believe it or not; knowing this information can help you avoid parking tickets.
Do you know why parking fines and speeding tickets are only “allegations” – even though we are often pictured behind the wheel of our car on their Notice?
Allegation means: “without proof”
Allegation means “without proof” because how can there be proof that you parked your car in a postal address in the UNITED KINGDOM, when the UNITED KINGDOM is a legal fiction and only exists in your mind, and at law?
Go and check your parking fine. You will see that they claim that you parked a car in a “UK postal address” post code and all
This is why “belief” and “conviction” mean the same thing.
The car parking company representatives, need your belief, your conviction, that you did the alleged activity at a postal address in the UNITED KINGDOM; which is impossible, unless of course you are convinced, convicted, and believe it to be true? Did you believe a lie?
Those of you who have paid your parking fines, were convinced, and then convicted upon your own belief that you parked your car on a postal address, in the UNITED KINGDOM; this is an impossiblity
- Can you park your car on an email address as well? Asking for a friend
This is a mental game, and some of you may need to rewatch this presentation for that to sink in
The minute that you believe their allegation, you are convicted of a false belief. You believed a lie
A remedy for a parking ticket fine, is to simply ask for proof of ownership from representatives of the car parking company.
They can not provide that proof, because a title is not proof of ownership – it says so on your own V5 document
For a parking ticket fine, a company, a body corporate, which is a legal fiction, states that you parked a car on a postal address, which is in the UNITED KINGDOM. Are you beginning to see the problems with their claim against you?
Can you now see the possibility of how you might defeat this claim?
A parking company which is a legal fiction, claims that it owns land in the country: UNITED KINGDOM – and claims that you parked a car on a postal address; and now you have to pay the fine. All of which is impossible, and that is why it is only an allegation
I beat these lies with the Truth. I ask the parking company to provide proof of ownership of the land, and upon proof of the ownership of the land, I will settle their claim. The claim goes away
The state and legal profession knows that nobody can own or sell the land, which is why they only sell you a title, because God owns the land, and they know it.
The Crown’s own Confession of Faith Ratification Act 1560 states that The Bible is the infallible truth, and the Bible states this about the land:
- The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine… – Leviticus 25:23, KJV 1611

The Paradigm – Shown Side By Side
I just touched upon the Bible there, and the fact that the legal profession understands what is stated in that book.
We will now see how the legal profession interacts with God, and The Bible
This is a succinct visual description of the paradigm; the very definition of the word meaning: “side by side“
This is the model of law and governance that is controlling you
Country means “contrary”.
A country is a legal fiction which only exists in your mind.
This is how the paradigm works.
There is no other paradigm to exist under in terms of law and governance; de facto; meaning that it does not rely upon your belief, or understanding of it to be in place, and operational.
This is it; there is no other system of law, and that is fine, it is perfect.
This is the same paradigm that I used to protect myself from the state, when building my farm. I just understood how it worked, and I understood the hierarchy, which I will explain further
This is the system which is in operation in all Christendom, throughout the commonwealth countries and beyond. This is the paradigm that governs your life, but how do I know?
I know because I have lived experience of it, and of course therefore, I can prove that this is the paradigm that controls everyone; that controls you.
To prove the two systems of control we need look no further than the key offices of state which evidences this twin paradigm:
The King wears two crowns of office, to signify these two separate and distinct paradigms of governance between man and God.
Two crowns of office, for the two different jurisdictions. The lawful jurisdiction of God and His people, and the legal jurisdiction of man; the King and his subjects.
So, on the lawful side of law and governance the King with the St. Edward’s crown serves God and His people, and on the legal side of governance, the King wears his Imperial crown to rule over his citizens, his subjects
Judges also swear two oaths of office. These two oaths reflect the two jurisdictions, just as the King’s crowns do.
This is why a police officer has dual roles. One role is an officer enforcing state policy, the other role is a constable, sworn to protect the people
And this goes all of the way down to your own local councils, who tell us in their own constitutions that they are accountable to the people, but govern the electorate, the council tax payers; and you do not have to take my word for it, I will show you the evidence of this from two separate councils constitutions.
The legal system copies and mimics the perfect lawful system.
The legal system of the UNITED KINGDOM and commonwealth is run under Civil Law. Civil law is Roman law
Civil Law by definition means: “secularly organised”
Secular means, and I quote:
“Belonging to the state” – “exclusion of belief in God from matters of ethics and morality”
If you are a state citizen, then by definition, you belong to the state
We know the government are immoral and lack ethics, and we can see this with our own eyes in the world today,
Government is immoral by definition, and stands in direct opposition to Christ. Contrary. Anti.

Man’s secular legal system is in opposition to Christ, it is the other paradigm, and now the two systems are side by side you can see why. It is lacking of a belief in God, it is immoral because it has replaced Christ at the helm; with man

A country is contrary to the lawful jurisdiction of God, it is secular and is a graven image, a legal fiction, existing only in your minds; and that is why The Bible states this at Ezekiel 20:32, KJV 1611
- And that which cometh into your mind shall not be at all, that ye say, We will be as the heathen, as the families of the countries, to serve wood and stone

Under the heading:

to represent the community and bring the views of the electorate and the people of Mendip into the Council’s decision-making process. Balancing individual interests identified within the ward and the ward as a whole
Careful reading of this document clearly shows the two jurisdictions available to you

So here we clearly see the two jurisdictions of state, in a council’s constitution
These are the very basics of law and governance that I spoke about at the start.
If more UK citizens understood this, they would no longer wish to be UK citizens.
I became free of government control BECAUSE I understood this.
This information took me well over a 15 years to understand, to prove, and to evidence; and I give this information away freely at my website so that others can learn about the paradigm, about how we are governed.
This is the most important information that affects your life. Understand it, and you can be free of state policy, and control
Do you now see why it is so important to understand the paradigm as a whole?
If you do not take on board the biblical system of law and governance that sits above mans legal system, then you will never be free of government policies. NEVER.
You can not be free if you are under the Crown operated UNITED KINGDOM.
You can only be free by accessing The Bible and it’s teachings. There is no other way. This is the paradigm. That is how I won; I left the UNITED KINGDOM jurisdiction, and accessed the highest authority on the law, that being one of the people under God in His lawful jurisdiction under the teachings of The Bible
The Political and Legal Conundrum:
A Question of Logic
A Stark Matter Of Fact From The Evidence Of The Paradigm above is this:
- You can NOT find freedom, by using a political method, of the body politic: UNITED KINGDOM
- You can NOT gain freedom, by using the legal system
You can not solve a problem with the same level of consciousness that created it – Albert Einstein
In other words you can not solve a POLITICAL, LEGAL problem using the POLITICAL LEGAL system, described above.
Or put yet another way; you can not solve a secular problem built on lies, with yet more lies
To solve a secular, political, and legal problem; you can ONLY use the lawful system under God. That is what I did
If you are a state citizen, then you are what is known as a one of the electorate; a commoner, a citizen belonging to the House of Commons, and a subject of an earthly King. A third class citizen. The lowest position at law that you can be
The highest position at law you can be, is one of the people under God
Clearly then there are two systems of law, BUT they are NOT equal.
There is a hierarchy which I will show shortly. First let us see the evidence that the legal system, regards the biblical system as the higher authority at law

Infallible means “exempt in error from judgement, knowledge, or opinion

Let ‘s now take a look at the hierarchy of law and governance
You can not understand how law and governance works, or the system that controls you, if you do not accept and understand the teachings of The Bible
Without the knowledge of The Bible, it is unlikely that you will understand the importance of being “people“, as opposed to the”electorate“, a “commoner” of the state.
You can only be a people if you are under God
The difference at law between the people and the electorate is vast. One position: the people, is the highest authority, and the other: the electorate, council tax payers, is the lowest position at law, and their own law documents spells that out very clearly
I could not have done what I did and been successful, if I was one of the council tax paying electorate
The legal system recognises God as the highest authority, without question; infallibly
Your state adversaries admit at their ceremonies, their Act’s of Parliament, and oaths, that God, and The Bible are supreme
Now that we have seen the two systems side by side – the paradigm, let us take a look at your position within it
Introducing: John SMITH [You] – The Typical Citizen

For the purposes of this talk this man: John Philip Smith represents you, and he also represents the average UK resident.
John is a farmer and he is not happy with the government, and at the last Election he spoiled his ballot paper as a form of protest.
John’s family have been farming in the UNITED KINGDOM for over 100 years
John’s business is his farm. He runs his limited company from the farmhouse. His farm has a holding number which all livestock farmers have to have
These are the details we have for John Philip SMITH.
The information on the CERTIFIED COPY OF AN ENTRY is what is required from all government bodies when interacting with them, for things like: starting a limited company, applying for a holding number, and voting

John Philip SMITH lives in the district in which he farms.
His local council is MENDIP DISTRICT COUNCIL, and John SMITH elects his Member of Parliament (MP) at the local elections from his ward. John’s MP got in at the local elections, and he now represents John at the House of Commons
The Allegations
MENDIP DISTRICT COUNCIL:
John [You] built an extension to the farmhouse: “18, Station Road, Southport“, and the local authority have issued him with an Enforcement Notice to take it down, because he built the extension slightly too big, and it now exceeds “permitted development rights”
An Enforcement Notice is issued giving John 28 days to comply, or face court proceedings
The ENVIRONMENT AGENCY:
Environmental Policy measures for “18, Station Road, Southport“
John’s [Your] silage clamps and other environmental measures, are not up to scratch, and he has upgrade at a cost of £40,000, and it has to be done within 28 days, or face court proceedings.
Let’s look at some of the facts about John’s [your] position in society, that the Crown will know about him [You] and have on their records

These are the facts that the Crown will know about John Smith [You] from the information that John has supplied them over the years, as one of their citizens
We will see shortly how these facts about John Smith and you, stack up in a court of law
These are mundane everyday facts that not many state citizens would ever think to question or argue with.
On the face of it they are self evidently TRUE…

Name: Mr John Philip SMITH
Date of Birth: 03-08-2019
Lives at his address: 18, Station Road, Southport, UNITED KINGDOM
Farms in the UNITED KINGDOM
Owns his land
Owns his house
Owns a business in the UNITED KINGDOM
Pays Council Tax
Has an MP

To emphasise that God is directly involved in law and governance, this emblem hangs above a judge in every crown court in the UNITED KINGDOM
Again to emphasise how involved God is in law and governance here are some maxims of law regarding God:
- If ever the law of God and man are at variance, the former are to be obeyed in derogation of the later. [Acts 5:29
So if God is in the courtroom, and The Bible is the highest authority on the law, how are you going to fare in this upcoming court case against you, from two government agencies?
Let’s find out…
The Chief Witness
We should all know not to tell lies.
Even as small children we are taught not to steal, and not to tell lies.
So we all inherently know then, that to have any chance of success in a court of law where judges judge for God, and there is the motto; God and my right, we can not tell any lies whatsoever
So let us see how John and You would fare against The highest law of The Bible…All rise

You and John have fallen flat on your face.
Is it any wonder so many lose at court?
The Crown uses our ignorance of The Bible against us.
The legal system stands in opposition to God and The Bible. It is secular
Everything that The Bible tells us NOT to do, the Crown gets us TO do
The legal system is an inversion of The Biblical system of law.
The legal system is lacking in ethics, morality and a belief in God – and perhaps you can begin to see why
The average UK resident stands no chance at court.
The only chance commoners have of beating the legal system, is to step under the Royal law of The bible, under God as I have done
Mr Smith’s [Your] Paradigm Problem
The Bible is the highest authority on the law without question.
Mr Smith is a citizen of the country UNITED KINGDOM. He is a subject of the king, and therefore broke the very first commandment – “have no other “gods before me”- and he broke many more besides
The role of the king is to punish lying and thieving citizens, because they broke the highest law, the teachings of The Bible; The Royal law
Many of you listening to this will be in the same position as Mr Smith
If Mr Smith ends up at court for breaching local authority planning laws, and Environment Agency policies, he is going to be treated especially harshly by a judge that judges for God, because that judge is directed by the Royal law to treat him harshly; as seen here at Ezra 7:26, KJV 1611
- And whosoever will not do the law of thy God, and the law of the king, let judgment be executed speedily upon him, whether it beunto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment.
So how did this happen?
It can be evidenced by the Crown that it happened when Mr Smith “attorned” and became on elf the “electorate”

The Choice Is Yours
Today we have evidenced the paradigm of government in both jurisdictions; legal and lawful.
We have seen it, we can prove it, and it is evidenced right throughout the state from the king to the council
Hopefully now we all have a better idea of why the law treats us in the way that it does, and our position within the paradigm

Government is only the body; the Crown is the head.
The body follows the head, therefore government always goes where the head wants it to go.
Both political wings are actually controlled by the same bird (the Crown). That is why the head sits above the body on the governments emblem.
A head and a body make a person.
