The legal system only becomes necessary when a people fail to keep their word or promise, and fail to uphold the main principle of the Royal Law which is:

• Galatians 5:14 – For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

When this failure occurs government becomes necessary.

A community is being assembled here to help and support each other on this narrow path. A community that is striving to understand the system of law and governance, and their part within that. A community that is looking for understanding, knowledge and Truth.

The terms and conditions for membership to the Capillary Wave community are:

1. I agree not to share, distribute, or disclose publicly any part, or all of the information which is available to members on the private side of this website
2. I understand that I am not purchasing legal advice and assistance 
3. I agree to take responsibility for my own actions.
4. I understand that my continued membership here is entirely at the discretion of The Capillary Wave, and may be terminated without warning if it is judged that I have violated Galatians 5:14 stated above
5. I understand that by joining The Capillary Wave as a member that I accept these terms and conditions, and that these terms and conditions may be edited, altered and updated at any time without warning
6. I agree that The Capillary Wave will be, and is the final arbiter on any disputes and I waive any legal recourse as part of the terms and conditions of joining as a member
