Clive M Edwards – My Own Journey Through The planing System – My Youtube Introduction Video
I am pleased to announce that I will be hosting a unique event aimed at those with an interest in “getting back to the land”. In order to achieve this aim, you will need to have a good understanding about how the system of law and governance works, and then how planning law works around that.
I have nearly two decades worth of knowledge involved in and around the legal and court systems; especially in matters of planing law and enforcement.
This event will be a must for those who either “own Land”, or for those who are thinking about buying title to Land, and who wish to avoid some of the pitfalls surrounding Land ownership, and planning law.
With food security, and self sustainability in the headlines, this conference will be a unique opportunity to learn from years of hard earned knowledge, that can help attendees set off on the right foot with regard to Land ownership, and how to cooperate with local councils, especially when the Land owners expectations, meet with a local council’s planning department
Often heartache occurs because a Land owner does not fully understand how the legal system operates. This conference aims to reset the balance of that equation, and save the Land owner years of heartache and financial ruin
Note: the talk running order, and topics may change
Richard Vobes will be the MC and will be on hand to sign copies of his new book. Details of Richard’s new book can be found here:
If you are planning to visit and stay at Wells before our event on the 15-16 November, I can highly recommend the family see the carnival which is on the 14 November.
If you have never seen the carnival before, it truly is a spectacle to behold, and if you have children they will love it. Here are a couple of videos to give you a flavour:
Note: Police shut the roads around Wells around 6pm on the night of the carnival, so be sure to arrive at your destination well before to avoid the rush hour traffic, and carnival crowds. The carnival finishes around 10pm and roads will open shortly after. Normality is resumed by the following morning
